Returns & Refunds

We want you to love every purchase from Ivory Spell. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

30-Day Returns

We accept authorized returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items shipped within the contiguous United States.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
  • In their original condition
  • Returned with all original tags attached

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective.
  • You received an incorrect item due to our error.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please email info@ivoryspell.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you would like to return
  • The reason for your return

Once your request has been approved, we'll email you a Return Authorization (RMA) along with detailed return instructions.

Please do not return items without first receiving authorization.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

We gladly accept exchanges within 30 days for eligible items that are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.

Final Sale Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items
  • Items marked as non-returnable
  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
  • Items returned without their original tags attached

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@ivoryspell.com.

We'll work quickly to resolve the issue and make it right.
